Shipping

We will do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible, as a general rule within 1-2 working days after the payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 1-2 working days following the weekend / public holiday.

If there are any unforeseen delays we will contact you by email. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact us at info@cuddleorganic.ch.

We use Swiss Post for shipping and all shipments are carbon-neutral.

Shipping rates to Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
• Standard shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is 5.90 CHF.
• Shipping is free for orders above 80 CHF.
• The usual delivery time is 2-4 working days after order processing.

Shipping rates to the rest of Europe:
• Standard shipping is 17.40 CHF.
• Shipping is free for orders above 150 CHF.
• The usual delivery time is 5-7 working days after order processing.

Important note on shipping to countries outside of Switzerland:
We are a Swiss company and ship all orders from Switzerland. Please note that when shipping to countries outside of Switzerland, the local sales tax (VAT), additional fees and import duties may be applicable. These charges are collected at the border and are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amounts, as VAT, customs regulations, and fees and duties vary between countries.


Please note that additional taxes, fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, and we will not reimburse any of these charges. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to the application of these charges. We also do not refund any of these charges if you decide to return your order. For information on the potential duties and taxes that may be applicable prior to the delivery of your parcel, please contact your local customs office.

Important to note for all orders: 
• Once the order has been shipped we are unable to make changes in your order. This includes cancelling the order, change / amendment of address, change of items ordered, adding gift packaging, applying discounts or vouchers.

• If there are any unforeseen delays in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

• Please make sure that you use the correct address details when placing your order. If the customer has supplied incorrect or incomplete shipping information, we do not accept any liability or responsibility for any product once it has been shipped to the address provided.

• Delivery time frames are estimates and can vary depending on your location. These do not include delays caused by postal services, busy periods, incorrectly supplied addresses and any other delay outside of our control.
