Returns

Please check product sizing and care instructions before ordering. When you receive your order please please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a product does not meet your expectations or has defects, it can be returned within 30 calendar days after receiving your item. After this period the sale is considered irrevocable and we cannot accept the return or offer you a refund or exchange.

The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any exchange also requires payment of the shipping fee to re-ship your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Prior to returning your product, please send us the following information at info@cuddleorganic.com:

  • Order number
  • Receipt / invoice
  • Product name
  • Return reason
  • Pictures of the defect if applicable

Returns can only be accepted with prior notification by email. All items must be returned in original packaging and using a trackable courier service. Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded.

We do not assume any liability for damage caused by improper use of the items purchased. If your product is returned showing signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to reject the refund or exchange request, and will provide you with the option for us to send the product back to you at your expense or dispose of the product with no refund provided.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product, please follow the returns process as described above, and then order a new item. The return shipping fee as well as the shipping fee for the new item will be paid by the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
